社労士の仕事をはじめたきっかけ
よしかわ が社労士の仕事を始めたのは、大学卒業後に新卒で入社したアパレルメーカー（元祖着ぐるみパジャマ販売の会社）が、入社1年で倒産したことがきっかけです。
「退職後に自分が経験した失業保険や社会保険の手続きについて、同様にわからず困っている人に、アドバイスできたらなあ･･･」
もともと大学時代の３年間、洋服屋のアルバイトで販売業をしていて、それが縁でアパレルメーカーに就職。
某大手百貨店へ派遣され、販売、営業アシスタントと、サービス業界に縁がありました。

社労士の仕事について「知識を売るサービス業」との紹介文があり、同じサービス業なら自分しかできないサービスを提供したい！と思い、某大手労働保険事務組合へ入所。
その後何度か社労士事務所を転職し、現在某社労士事務所で5人〜500人位までの企業規模のクライアントさん＆外資系企業さんを中心に担当し、日々奮闘中です。
社労士の仕事をする上で心がけているのは「サービス業」であることを忘れない、ということ。
社労士が国家資格であるからか、「先生」という表現をされることもありますが、どちらかというと堅苦しくなくクライアントさんが、ふとした不安や疑問を気軽に相談できるような存在になりたいと思っています！！
例えばクライアントさんが相談をしに来所された場合、『机をはさんで社労士とクライアントさんが向かいあって座り、社労士が一歩上の目線からクライアントさんの相談に対応する･･･』
といったイメージが多いかと思います。
よしかわが目指すのは、『社労士はクライアントさんの横に座り、同じ目線でクライアントさん
と一緒に問題解決をする･･･』というイメージです。（もちろんイメージなので、実際は机をはさんで向かい合って座ることが多いですが、気持ちとしては横に座っている感覚で･･･ということです。）
まだまだ実行できていないことが多いので、少しでも自分の理想とするサービスを提供できるように日々行動していきたいと思います。
その後何度か社労士事務所を転職し、現在某社労士事務所で5人〜500人位までの企業規模のクライアントさん＆外資系企業さんを中心に担当し、日々奮闘中です。
